Here at Linguist Finder we want you the customer to be able to choose from a selection of skilled & able linguists. When customers give feedback about the linguists on this website therefore, we check to see whether or not they are doing a good job.

The linguists at Linguist Finder are fully aware that their work will be assessed by you the customer, and that your feedback could affect the amount of work they get in the future. It is therefore in their best interests to not only be honest about their ability when they post details about themselves, but also to do the best job they can for you the customer. Consequently most of the time feedback will be positive.

Linguist Finder has been in operation now for over one year and we are yet to receive any negative feedback about a linguist. If we ever do we would take this very seriously.

We have the power to remove any linguist from our register who we deem to be unprofessional or who misleads customers with exaggerated claims about their ability. However, as mentioned, to date we have not had even one single negative comment.
