	You agreed to pay a minimum of 15% commission on your inclusive price on bookings we provide for you when you agreed to our terms and conditions when you registered.  Minimum Commission Rates For tutor bookings the minimum commission is £20 UK, $30 US, or 30 Euros depending upon location For all other booking types there is a minimum of £5 UK, $8.75 US, or 8 Euros commission fee.    Payment Schedule We used to request our commission after the job was complete, but found that some linguists could not be relied upon to pay on time. Consequently, we now require our commission earlier, at the stage once the customer has accepted your quotation and you wish to accept the job.    Guarantee In the unlikely event of the customer changing their mind before hiring you we would of course provide a full refund once we have checked with the customer.
